How do you recruit your Signing Agents?
Signing Agents are selected with various backgrounds such as escrow, real estate, legal, and financial. They must meet our strict requirements prior to becoming part of our nationwide Notary Signing Agent team.
Do your Signing Agents explain documents?
Our nationwide team of Signing Agents will review each of the documents with the customer, guiding them appropriately for questions that may arise.
Do you have bilingual Signing Agents?
Yes. In most major metropolitan areas, we have bilingual Signing Agents available to assist your customers when needed.
Can your Signing Agents receive and download documents via email?
Through our large network, we are able to receive your documents in any medium you require. Diamond Star™ Notaries uses a web-base portal to help protect client information. Documents received by email or downloaded will be subject to an additional fee.
Do your Signing Agents have the ability to perform ESign?
Yes, ESign is available in many areas.
What are your office hours?

Please note, signings submitted after normal business (7am to 6pm *pst) hours will be scheduled on the following business day.

Do you have after hours support?
Our management is on call 24 hours to assist Signing Agents with questions or problems that may arise during signings. This allows us to ease the fears of customers, guide them to answers, or refer them back to you and their loan officer when necessary.

Do you carry liability insurance for your document signing Agents?
Yes, we do! In addition to our $2,000,000 General Liability Policy, Diamond Star™ Notaries has $1,000,000.00 in Errors and Omissions Professional Liability Insurance. This covers our employees and independent contractors (Signing Agents) utilized for your accommodation signings.
Do you charge if the escrow cancels or a customer refuses to sign documents?
Yes, if a trip has been made to the customer, a fee is due. A reduction in fee is subject for review.
